A guided tour to the pond, to the woods, to the biological cultivations; bee-keeping lessons with didactic hives for the live observation of the world of the bees; to stimulating interest in the discovery of the environment and the agricultural activities; to support the recovery of the cultural and ambient values of the land and countryside; projections of filmed documents centred on nature and scientific research in the multifunction conference room equipped with didactic supports: these are some of the concrete possibilities of cooperation and experimentation with schools.

he energy needs for heating and hot water production, thanks to the use of a wood burning boiler, are more than met by the state initiated management and upkeep of Woods and Forests introduced for such purpose.
The pond, used to satisfy the need for irrigation of the plantations, has become an interesting Biotype and one that lends itself to didactic activities and scientific observations.
